Buyer beware! We signed an agreement with David Fertig in February 2023 for him to build a cabin. In the contract, it was supposed to be done by October 2023. It is now almost June 2025, and it isn't anywhere near completion. It is one excuse after another. The cost is significantly higher than he originally quoted us and a lot of it is because he forgot to include it in the quote. The place is awesome great people and great work
I talked with David Fertig on a conference call with K.C. of Capstone Industrial in December 2020. KC recommended David. I further met with David in his office and on my property. As a result of these meetings and KCs recommendation I deposited $70,000 with David in December. David advised his design process would take two weeks even with the plans I provided him.
