rude, disrespectful, carried my vehicle in the lot for months and only worked on it when i decided to light the fire, argumentative, i would pay some money up front in hopes of that getting my car on the schedule and would have to bring the recpts that i had paid some money down- usually cash. record keeping was questionable. every time i picked up a vehicle, i would b told that, "We fixed the problem but found another. we r too busy to fix that now u will have to bring it in later. and dont drive it too far with that issue ... read more
