Updated review: I was happy at first when choosing to go with this State Farm office but after a year, their customer service went downhill along with their expertise. After rates going up, I called to see if we could lower monthly payment by adjusting deductibles. One lady pulled up my coverage, stating this is her first time looking at RV coverage and doesn’t know how it works. (Weird because she shouldn’t be working on policies she doesn’t know?)
