I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bear as an opposing counsel. As an attorney myself, it is probably rare to give an excellent review of an opposing counsel, but I have to say that Mr. Bear acted professionally toward me and my clients at all times. What this did is create an atmosphere that allowed our dispute to be resolved amicably.
