I don't see how you can do this. You say I'll help you, then after almost 3 months, when all the documentation is gathered and sent to you, when I've waited over a month for a representation agreement to sign and have sent the retainer to file the lawsuit THEN you say you're not gonna do it. We lose 3 months of precious time. Maybe most of all that we've entrusted you that you will take care of it and you just ditch it.
