We had a very nice experience at bear Lake Memorial Hospital when we had a scare with out 3 yr. Both the nurse and Dr were very kind and helped explain everything. 5 star experience all the way through!!
Make sure you have 10k+ on hand for an emergency room visit/ambulance ride that SHOULD have been billed to your employer as you were on the clock. If you don't they'll sic their collections agents from Bonneville Collections who will harass you relentlessly until they garnish your wages. If you can avoid stepping foot in this place, the walk-in clinic across the street does sliding scale.
Very accommodating, great personnel, very attentive.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. we are from utah and my mom got hurt skiing and this was the closest ER to where we were. it started when the receptionist called the back and said “yeah she THINKS she hurt her knee” then when we get to the back the doctor (her name was Jennifer I don’t know the last name) starts grabbing my moms leg and twisting it all over then proceeds to make snotty comments and has a bad attitude the whole time. when we were leaving I tried to confront her about her terrible bedside manner an... read more
