Positives: hot tub! Good water pressure in shower. Towels for hot tub. Comfortable condo.clean sheets and extra pillows. Negative: when furnace kicks in it is very loud. Can opener broken. Internet connection for tv was to weak to get tv signal. Direct TV box not working either. BBQ grill could use cleaning.

We absolutely loved room #103, it felt very comfortable and they had the right amount of room and kitchenware! We booked our room with Natalie and we will be returning. Then you guys for being wonderful hosts.
Customer service beyond amazing! We booked a condo at harbor village for the weekend over New Year’s Eve- Natalie was responsive and awesome. Condo warm and well equipped and having the hot tub open during the winter was perfect! We got snowed in- and Natalie allowed us an extra day and even sent us road condition updates the next day so we got home safely! We were so well cared for we will for sure book and stay with them again. Thanks for all you did for us!
