The one time I did see Dr. Crane my appointment went great. But they do need to give patients a grace period. I was going to be 10 minutes late and couldn’t be seen because of it. I’ve honestly never got turned away for being a few minutes late for an appointment. I’ve fell down 3 times this week and really needed to check on my little girl that I’m 32 weeks pregnant with. I also had a very hectic morning trying to get ready to leave town and just needed 10 minutes to get there. Very disappointed. 🙁
I have always had a good experience here and I have had visits with each doctor. They are informative, helpful, and listen to my concerns. I never feel ignored or like I'm not smart enough to understand what might be going on with me or my children. I never feel like I'm being subjected to tests or procedures that weren't necessary.
