Pretty cool. No loading docks, have to back in off the street and they have a policy they can't climb up in the trailer to unload it. Guys were so cool, I jumped up in trailer and wheeled freight to the edge to be lifted off. Even tho, that's not my job. 5 stars for the receiving department.
They've never let me down for parts or repairs. Sales team is awesome and my rep has always been top notch.
