My cousin who is a nurse referred me to Dr. West. I had no idea I had this option, while waiting on new insurance to kick in. Best choice I ever made. If you can pay out of pocket for a subscription and a direct primary care dr, do it. Dr. West and team are soft, compassionate, and professional. Dr. West is a great listener. Bear Fruit is one of the best, if not the best DPC in central Arkansas! This is the first clinic I seen to offer quality health care on a subscription-based system. I currently don't have insurance, and I am not treated differently because of it. The staff members are welcoming and are warm to the patients. There is little to no wait time for appointments.
