Good service by people who know what they are doing
I have two cars, both 18 years old...so to me an honest mechanic is extremely important. I first went to bear auto almost 4 years ago. And even now, when my cars have issues, the first person I see is Mike. His prices are reasonable (even in this economy) and the job is always explained and the work is always a fixed car. Thank you Mike for all your help on my vehicles!
As someone who's frequented many different auto shops around town (my car's gotta get it together, LOL!), Bear is the best! Mike's pricing was very fair, he was thorough and informative with his explanations, and when I called ahead, he was timely with his service. Seriously, though, I never at any point felt like he was trying to rip me off or squeeze pennies out of me. I'll be making this our go-to auto shop from now on.
Honesty and integrity is what you will get from Bear Automotive. I brought my vehicle in for a belt tensioner and lower control arm replacement. Mike the owner, explained what he needed to do and called me when it was ready. He does not pressure sell nor does he try to sell you the priciest option. He presents and explains the options, then lets the customer decide. His customer service gets top marks from me. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Bear Automotive in the future for service!
