I had an amazing experience with bearcross dental care,I came in with an extremely chipped tooth and they saw me with no hesitation,they were all so lovely and kind,asked me about all my medical history and really took the time to listen to my concerns with my teeth,and when it came to booking the appointment,their receptionist talysha was beyond helpful and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience

I had an extemely disappointing experience at Bear Cross Dental Practice, not due to the dental care itself but because of the agressive and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff and the practice manager. The practice called me this morning about a missed hygienist appointment which was due to the text message appointment reminders which confused me leading to the said missed appointment.
