I called for a quote for gutter cleaning for my home. Was told by the owner that he bids everything by phone unless it is a buisness or large "5,000 square foot home." He stated a price for which I agreed. He came, appeared to complete the job, I paid in cash and he left. The next day I noticed some leaves hanging out of the gutter.
