I had to go in today to speak to the new manager about some issues going on pertaining to my grandmother's home and she was very caring, very professional, and she really took the time to listen to the concern that I had. This is by far one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had speaking with a leasing manager. I would highly recommend this neighborhood if you are looking for somewhere peaceful to live. I'm one of the original residents: I moved in immediately after construction was completed. That was 4yrs ago, almost to the day; my lease renews tomorrow! And, I can honestly say I'm as satisfied and happy now as day 1; maybe more! They take good care of here; resident mgr and caretaker are the bomb! It's clean, quiet, efficient and friendly.
