Mark and his team did an outstanding job on our floors. The previous owners had put down some sort of substance to help shine up the hardwoods in our cabin, and it started flaking. Mark took care of cleaning and applying new polyurethane to the floors to make them look brand new! Highly recommend Bear Creek!
Mark does great work and is super easy to work with. I will certainly call on him again when we need cleaning. He removed stains from a few couches and a rug for us. Thanks!

When your pets are an important part of your household, and you have a favorite rug that needs major cleaning, who ya gonna call? Well we called Bear Creek Rug Cleaners in Ellijay and we really appreciate the great service Mark provided. This rug recently went through a major pet illness where it was exposed to a lot of 'accidents' and the pet urine smells were atrocious! Mark is an excellent rug doctor and cleaned it beyond expectation. If you are facing pet smells on a synthetic rug, Mark most likely can get them out!
