Bear Creek cleaned 3 antique rugs for us and we were thrilled with the results! The colors are vibrant again and the rugs are so soft and beautiful. Mark also provided 2 new pads, perfectly sized for our larger rugs. He picked up and delivered the rugs. A very nice and ethical business owner. I highly recommend this business!
Mark was amazing! Excellent customer service, high quality care for our carpet, superior attention to detail. Our lodge dining room carpet at Ft Mountain Retreat & Conference Center gets a lot of use every year. The way our carpet looked when the job was done was nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend this wonderful company for all your flooring needs.
Mark and his team did an outstanding job on our floors. The previous owners had put down some sort of substance to help shine up the hardwoods in our cabin, and it started flaking. Mark took care of cleaning and applying new polyurethane to the floors to make them look brand new! Highly recommend Bear Creek!
Mark does great work and is super easy to work with. I will certainly call on him again when we need cleaning. He removed stains from a few couches and a rug for us. Thanks!
