Muy buena atención
Went in to get a cracked tooth repaired and spent an hour taking X-rays and waiting before I even saw the dentist. The dentist then went over every little thing going on instead of just quoting me for what I came for. Then when I went to have it broken down they said they only thing they could do is pull the tooth out and have a 3700 bridge put in. Went and got another opinion the next day and my tooth is now fixed and was not near what they tried to charge me. This place scam!
I usually only leave a review if I enjoyed the service I was given and this is definitely one of those cases. Shoutout to the front staff, they were super sweet and easy to work with! The ladies made the paperwork process real straightforward and were kind to my kids. Huge shout out to Dr. Truong as well! He treated my kids gently and showed them so much patience. He also took the time to explain to me what I can do to help maintain my children’s oral health. We will definitely come back to Dr. Truong for our checkups.
The Bear Creek Dental, it’s the best. The girl named Claudia she’s very professional and her team. They’re the nicest people they put some braces on my son I am so thankful five stars keep the great job you do here Claudia thanks
