Would have been nice to know the practice is out of network before I arrived for an appointment I scheduled six months ago. I’m aghast that they apparently don’t have a process in place for this for established patients whose insurance changes.
Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. However, the staff at Bear Creek make the experience less formidable. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. My hygienist, Meagan, is the absolute best, and I’m so thankful that I found Dr. Shull and his practice. I appreciate his “common sense”approach to dental care. I trust him and his staff and wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere.
