I was looking to relocate and was able to come across this RV establishment which I would recommend. This place is convenient and amazing. Well kept. Fairly quite and peaceful. Rather enjoyable. The management and crew are polite, courteous plus extremely helpful.
Beautiful park, well maintained, new management truly cares. Katie is a wonderful person. Awesome new homes for sale and HUGE RV spaces! Great location.
I couldn’t be happier that Tristie O’Brien is no longer the “ Community” Manager for Bear Creek Estates Manufactured Homes for so many reasons. Yelling and disrespecting many residents. Changing rules. Lack of communication. Not cutting the ACRES of weeds that are a clear fire hazard. I was going to put my house up for sale but now I will stay.
