I’m currently in the process of moving here and I’m so excited! This park is so clean and well maintained. Katie has been so helpful and kind as well, that really eases your mind when you’re moving to a new spot!!
Beautiful community, the grounds are very well taken care of, management is very kind, wonderful company and residents! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a MH or long term RV space.

Katie is completely amazing! Shes so very friendly and sweet, welcoming and just awesome to have her as our manager of the park. She cares about the park and makes sure everything stays up to par. Its been amazing dealing with her and this park (rv park as well!). 100/10
Love living at Bear Creek, the neighbors are great and it’s a beautiful community. Katie the manager is very nice and always follows through with what she says. Couldn’t pick a better place to live!
