Went in earlier today to get a tour and talk to Susan. She was super helpful and not to mention, delightful to chat with. She answered all my questions, offered solutions and alternatives to any slight concern I had. I felt very welcomed. I can say I will definitely be looking to rent a lot with Bear Creek Estates. Highly recommend!!
It seems like a.cool place the people who live there seem nice. And a good location if you need to go anywhere (store work ect).
Sage is dedicated and super hardworking. Between running a household and running the park, she is awesome!
Update: This place has gone downhill! New manager never available. Washing machines not maintained, laundry room is dirty. No one is ever available to reach out to for help, the office number is not checked on weekends and you can’t leave a message. Sad. Sites are becoming messy and unmaintained. Glad we’ve moved. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Such a great place to stay. We have a larger RV, our spot was big enough for vehicles and some chairs and plants.
