I couldn’t be happier that Tristie O’Brien is no longer the “ Community” Manager for Bear Creek Estates Manufactured Homes for so many reasons. Yelling and disrespecting many residents. Changing rules. Lack of communication. Not cutting the ACRES of weeds that are a clear fire hazard. I was going to put my house up for sale but now I will stay. I have been a resident at Bear Creek Estates for over a year. Unfortunately, I’ve watched both corporate policies and on-site management steadily decline, creating unnecessary hardship for residents — especially seniors. Today’s incident is a perfect example. Several weeks ago, management posted flyers and sent an email announcing a community dumpster would be available on May 25th for tenants to dispose of unwanted items, with specific limitations clearly listed. Absolutely love this RV park! The grounds are always clean and well maintained, which makes it a great place not just for short stays, but for long term living as well. It’s very family friendly, pet friendly, and has such a peaceful atmosphere. The neighbors are super easy going and welcoming, which really makes it feel like a community. One thing we especially appreciate is how accessible the park is for anyone with a disability, making it much easier and more comfortable for everyone to get around safely.
