Very rude when we walked in, completely ignored us when we asked for change. Not helpful at all.
I called Bear Creek Cycle to ask if they could upgrade the mechanical disc brakes on my daughter’s e-bike to hydraulic ones. The person who answered the phone told me I’d need to bring it in so they could see if they’d even be willing to work on it. Fair enough. But when I asked what might prevent them from working on it, his tone immediately turned rude and dismissive. “I don’t know. I don’t know if I can get the parts.
