HORRIBLE. BEWARE! I took my car to this auto body shop to fix a rear bumper scratch. It cost me $790 to get it repaired. In the process of this repair they failed to put the rear taillight water sealing washers back on the vehicle. As a result they washed the car before returning it and shorted out both the rear taillight and an electronic board under the taillight where the water drained into. This was a terrible company to work with from the very start. Every time I called for an update, I was placed on hold for a long period of time, and then was hung up on. So I had to call back multiple times. The staff was very rude and unhelpful each time I called. They said they’d have somebody else give me a call back and id never hear back or leave a voicemail. I was in a small accident 11/30. For what should have taken 3 weeks to fix took over a month. It is now 1/2 and still been given the runaround by this company. Th... read more

I recently had some work done on my car by the great folks at Bear Creek Auto Body. Everyone I interacted with there was very professional and helpful, with excellent attention to details. My car looked terrific after the work was done!
