Was a five star review when we moved in two years ago, but recent events compelled me to drop my rating. An apartment manager really shows you who they are by how they respond when you run into life difficulties. It takes a special kind of callousness to take advantage of people who’ve just been through a personal loss and a serious car accident, but that’s Andrea at Bear Creek Villas. We thought we had a home here until personal tragedy touched our lives. Unfortunately for us Andrea was on hand to exploit that to the complex’s financial benefit.
