I brought my car in a year ago to get the transmission fluid changed. A year later my car is having issues. I take it in elsewhere and I’m told that my transmission fluid has never been changed. I paid Bear Auto money for a service that was never done. Unfortunate that you pay money for a service and come to find out a year later that it didn’t happen. Go somewhere else.

Great people, very straight forward, will tell you if something is incorrect, great communication hard to find shops like this nowadays

I went in to get an alignment and was given a quote of $85. The shop called me about an hour and a half later to tell me that my total would be an extra $135 on top of the original $85 because they need to adjust my camber. I have a camber kit on my car so I thought it was odd. I told them not to do anything to my car and that I would pick it up. The guy at the shop told me that no shop is gonna adjust camber (with an alignment) for free. After I picked my car up I called a couple other alignment shops to get some quotes and... read more
