I would not recommend Bear Collision for any repairs. I had a car repaired and I'm still waiting (3 months) for things to be completed. He has been paid in full by the insurance company so he feels he does not need to complete his job. I called frequently only to be told the parts have not arrived. When I contacted the local dealer they said the parts only take 2 days to come in once they are ordered. I now will need to pay out of my own pocket to get things done. STAY AWAY! I have been strung along for over 6 months with one excuse after another for repairs that were paid for in advance. To add insult to injury Bill Weber has asked me to bring my vehicle in and leave it with him for 5 days - twice! Both times nothing was done on the vehicle. I can't even begin to imagine what he gets out of that.

I have suffered big time from this body shop. True story is, my beetle was in the shop since the Chrismas of 2011, with all the lies and excuses and poor skill they finally done assessing my car 5 months later. At that time, most of the money had been paid for theres nothing i could have done. During one conversation with my insurance company, i forgot that the owner was still on the line.
