Stayed in 408, had an amazing shuttle with amazing drivers which were always on time. Amazing service, especially from the GOAT at front desk, Wyatt who was very helpful.
3rd year in 415 unit and absolutely love it. Kids are 11 now and a little more independence on slopes. They can ride Christie lift while I watch from deck or table. Wonderful remodel.
Elevator was broken. Was given zero notice. Something about a part. Zero discount. Zero back up elevator repair contractor. Had been broken for multiple weeks prior to our stay. Told we aren’t ADA compliant due to grandfathered in. Basically tough luck from ownership of Elevated Properties. Great vacation lugging ski gear, food for condo and luggage up 4 floors. Profits over customers!
The only thing elevated about this property was my heat rate after having to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs multiple times a day because their elevator was broken. Upon check in, management stated that the elevator broke and would hopefully be fixed promptly. Unfortunately it was never fixed during my week long stay.
