My mom had a dog that passed away and we felt a little more rushed by the person at the front desk give us more attitude than compassion gentlemen in the glasses was very helpful
Everyone there is great and the Dr is amazing.
I had heard nothing but good things about Dr. Kim and Bear City Animal Hospital since moving to Big Bear and asking around about vet clinics, and they absolutely lived up to everyone's praises when I went in for an appointment today! The lobby is clean and spacious, and has separate dedicated entrance and exit doors so there are no traffic jams with everyone trying to go in and out together.
