I've bought several units in my 20+ years. But the last 3-4 years have been EXTREMELY subpar. Took 45 days to get a service tech out to work on our truck that's given us problems from the very beginning. When he finally got here, he didn't bring the right tools, or parts. Ended up sending it the 600 miles for repair at OUR COST, and on receiving it back its STILL not right, and leaking WORSE than when I sent it off. Now NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
