Still waiting on complete restoration when our event happened in November. Unreliable and have pushed us off many times.
Very polite and did an excellent job. My carpet looks like new. Price was also very reasonable.
I highly recommend Bear Restoration. Their staff is amazing being highly professional and personable. In addition to this they are highly communicative with regards to what they are doing and why, which I believe makes for a great relationship and understanding from the perspective of the lay client being serviced. I cannot say enough good things about their quality of service and their team! I would absolutely use them again without any hesitation.
