Great gym for drop-ins! Good programming (PRVN), awesome floor plan, friendly staff, well maintained and quality equipment, and inviting environment. Definitely a must if traveling!
It’s been almost 3 months since I started CrossFit at the BCCF and I really like the gym, coaches, and their exercises so far. People are great and approachable. The exercises really help reducing my stress level and improving fitness level in both cardio and strength perspectives. I always look forward to going to the gym especially after a long and tiring day.
I was welcomed with open arms when I moved here. I absolutely love this gym. It’s never boring, the people are great and the coaches are attentive and thorough with instructions. I started coming after having a baby, and I lost all my baby weight and even gained muscles 💪🏽 . This gym deserves 10 stars! ⭐️
I have never tried CrossFit before, but I’m glad I tried it out, especially at BCCF. The coaches are amazing and supportive along with each individual member that attends. Since the military relocated us, I’ve been trying to find a CrossFit gym that is up to par with BCCF, and I haven’t found one that was even close. I miss BCCF and the community every single day! If you’re looking for a gym to go to, look no further. BCCF welcomes everyone with open arms!
