The job took months due to staffing issues. On atleast one occurrence the painter and contractor met at our house to go look at a second potential job instead of working on our house. We had to find a vanity even though we were assured it would be taken care of. We would get hounded for money with very little work done on the room. Work looks amazing but after numerous requests, I couldn’t get them out to provide an estimate.
This is the best place to get work done. The staff is so nice and kind and I’m so happy with the work they have done for me. A extremely fair price. I will be using bare bones in the future.
I did my home renovations through Nate and Bear Bones and they did a terrific job. That being said, reliability was always an issue. The last piece of the renovation was replacing my front storm door. The initial storm door worked for about 3 weeks and then broke. It took 10 months of texts and an additional $2,000 to get Nate out to fix the storm door (This is on top of the $110,000 I paid for renovations).The fixed storm lasted another 3 weeks and then broke.
