I rang requiring a repair to my roller blind at 9.45am on a Saturday morning and Terry was at my apartment by 1pm same day. Now that’s service! Repaired my blind (he had the required parts with him) and was on his by 1.20pm. Thank you Terry of Bear Blinds Victoria Park WA.
Owner operator Terry attended this afternoon at short notice to provide urgent repairs to a blind string that is no longer manufactured. Highly recommended!
I rang to get a roller blind repaired where the stitching had come undone at the bottom where the weight was. Terry was very polite and helpful. He could have agreed to do it and charge me for it but instead he told me how to do it myself. Appreciate his honesty, will certainly contact him again if I need further repairs.
