I was treated with respect and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Especially being a women who has no idea about cars. Alfonzo took the time to explain everything he was doing to my car and why. He has a lot of knowledge with European cars and I feel confident continuing my business with him. He went above and beyond and I would recommend him to everyone! I plan on using him as my personal mechanic for my BMW moving forward!
