RecommendedBeen in contact with them about an FFL transfer, and they have been patient and helpful, even while busy, where others acted as if I were annoying them by asking questions as a first time buyer. So far, based on the customer service aspect, they have been great!

Great selection, friendly service, and a true love of cool guns. Bear Arms is my go-to FFL/SOT. There's always something neat hanging on the wall and they cater to everyone from the casual plinker to the serious shooter.
I have bought several weapons here. The staff in incredibly knowledgeable and experts at getting you into the weapon to meet your needs. They are very professional, and their prices are really hard to beat.

I've been a BA customer since the '90s, back when it was under different ownership. When I first started coming in, in fact, they were on the other side of the plaza, south of the Dairy Queen. BA quickly became my go-to shop, carrying a good variety of stuff, having fair prices on products, giving fair prices for used guns, and having a great staff.
