I have been a real pain for them on occasion, but they always step up and never disappoint.
Very fast, not good to have a part fail while you have company, but it was taken care of in one day and around our crazy schedule. Very accommodating.

I changed my review rating ONLY because of the technician James. He was excellent, informative and fixed my unit right on the spot. This is my second time using Bear AC and I always refer them to anyone who asks for AC company. I want to be transparent and honest tho, yesterday morning I called and was put on the schedule by 4:30 p.m. I was informed their system didn't save my appointment so they would come out the next day.
