Bear AC is excellent. Technician Shaun Marron is courteous, respectful and most importantly knowledgable and very thorough. He communicated clearly and explained things in a way that was understandable. He also offered information that could possibly be of cost savings to us,(memberships) which is an option. He never tried to suggest anything or promise anything, I like that. So is Bear a 5 star? Sure but Shaun makes them shine!
