Look what my guys found today
Took my car through the tunnel twice, the second time my rear wiper arm was broken. When I asked what they would do to replace it I was told they wouldn’t do anything for me.
Bought monthly sub, tag doesn’t work, and business has not fixed the issue with a refund or washes. Onsite staff is nice but unhelpful in resolving our issue. Not worth the time.
If I could, I would give them 6 or 7 stars. The location is always clean and in top shape. When I say clean, I mean a guy going around sweeping up anything he saw on the ground clean. It has that, I should be in LA or Miami, high end vibe going on. If cleanliness is next to Godliness, then upon leaving, you'll have the cleanliness part on lock.
