If I could, I would give them 6 or 7 stars. The location is always clean and in top shape. When I say clean, I mean a guy going around sweeping up anything he sees on the ground clean. It has that, I should be in LA or Miami, high end vibe going on. Really, the only thing missing are the palm trees. If cleanliness is next to Godliness, then upon leaving, you'll have the cleanliness part on lock. Had mud on the passenger side of the vehicle. I asked the person pre-pressure washing the driver side if he could do the other side. He said they don't have a pressure washer on the other side. I saw it, it's there. So, why bother spraying just one side of the vehicle. Just a note, their were 3 other employees standing at the brushless wash area, doing nothing, I believe. I paid $20 for the "premium" wash. I am going to try the new one across from Sheetz. Do better! I did give a 5 several weeks ago, but after yesterday's exp... read more
