No drying towels again today. Not even a sign of them. No carts that hold the towels even in the drying and vacuuming area. I hope that it was not because there was not have enough help today because there were employees standing around doing nothing. The car wash itself was not working properly. There was no soap at the beginning and the triple foam did not work. I wish that they could get this place straightened out.
Having the unlimited wash pass has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I live about 20 mins aways and twice this week it has been closed. This has happened to me on a quite a few occasions after driving all the way there to wash my car. I asked how long it was down for today and they said a few hours. I'm seriously considering canceling my pass.
