We attended a wedding catered by this company, and the food was terrible. The chicken was overcooked, the beef on weck came without horseradish or ketchup, and there was no butter for the rolls. They served the entire meal that was set up to be buffet-style. When asked for ketchup or horseradish, they said they forgot it - there was a store less than a half mile away and they had more than enough time to get it. If you haven't eaten this food I would. Get them to cater everything.

The food was ok. It would have been better if it was all cooked in the venue’s kitchen instead of off site and transported to the venue.The yeast rolls were over proofed and looked like sandwich rolls that weren’t sliced. The yeast rolls were supposed to be dinner rolls and no butter was provided. The two store bought bottled salad dressing were not made from scratch as promised.I was charged for paper plates and wrapped cutlery with no knives because the caterer claimed all his food to be fork tender.
