Where to start, its been 3 year hell dealing with mark bean and penn company. Mark Bean is a narcissistic and will blame any work on other people but himself and wjll not fix any of his mistakes or his crews. All i can say is karma will come back and I will be sitting back and watching.
We had a really difficult time deciding how many stars to give Bean's Home. There were parts of the process that went very well, like the setting of our modular home. However, much of the experience, particularly interactions with Mark Bean, were more than problematic. From a customer service perspective, they do not even deserve a 1 start rating.
