Thanks for a great experience! We’re almost 3 years in our new home and couldn’t be happier. The owner, Mark, even took time out of his busy schedule to help work out a kink in our furnace so we didn’t go without heat on what was going to be a very chilly Fall stretch of weather. From Mary in sales to the delivery crew and service follow-ups, you folks provided and continue to provide excellent customer service.
We just want to thank everyone from Bean’s Homes from the guys that delivered the house, the guys that set it up and especially Tony for putting up with us . Been a great experience. Would recommend them to anyone!!!
Tony was very helpful with deciding which layout would work best for my family. He was timely in correspondence and letting me know if anything was happening in regards to production delays. When I ran into issues with the smoke alarms, he immediately was helping to resolve the issue. If I ever need to get another manufactured/mobile home he’ll be my first stop.
