There's absolutely no way to contact the corporate office by phone or email, they don't seem to care about customer feedback since there's no way to offer it. I hate the new requirement that all employees dress like soulless corporate clones in a uniform. It makes me feel like I'm not supporting a local business and that my baristas are just working at another Starbucks. You might be getting too big. Your Lehi store used to offer the used grounds for us for our compost. Now we're told we can no longer do that, any reason why? It worked out well for us and it kept a reusable resource out of the landfill. Not a good look for your company when people want to pick up used grounds to keep them out of landfills and now all of a sudden you guys no longer care about keeping a Reusable product out of landfills
