I used to love Beans and Brew but now I do not. The Layton location off 193 is the worst. Prices should be advertised and tipping shouldn't be jammed in your face. They say it's optional but it's not. I went to this location today at 3:30pm and the younger male in the drive through said here you can pick your tip. I selected a buck but you could tell he was annoyed. Then it took 5 minutes to get my drink after that. My drink tasted and looked strange so I had to throw it away. The lack of customer service for the company that they are is extremely disappointing. I love the coffee, hate the customer given vy the management and corporate office. It is ridiculously disappointing!!!!!!

I went to get a Mr. Bs hot lg drink and when I was rung up the person at the register Shelby had me run my debit card and then told me that my card declined and so I paid with cash. The problem is that I asked for my receipt and stuck it in my pocket,so I could ask my bank what happened. But when I looked at my receipt it said approved on it. $6.55 plus tip x2 =13.10 for a cup of coffee ,and a tip. Thanx shelby. When I went back and said I wanted to speak to a mgr I was told I had no way to do that. ..
