After 6 hours pontooning, I got to my car and it wouldn’t start and my phone was dead. I went back to the boating loading area and asked to borrow a phone to call for help. The two men who were working refused to offer me any help. One guy said he had a phone but it was in the boat (we could have easily walked to the boat to grab the phone or went inside of the boat rental to use the phone) What kind of business establishment doesn’t have a phone? A couple of years ago they did not warn me about the no wake on the river when I reserved a boat. When a coworker informed me about it, I tried to reschedule my boat 6 days before the reservation. They were very unhelpful and rude and would not offer us to go later in the year. I paid over $700 and didn't get to go boating. Very bad business dealing. Now they have notices all over their website stating it, but they did not at the time. Would never deal with this business again.
Second rental and again a great experience. Joe was pleasant and helpful on arrival. Will was there throughout the day and helped with load/unload of friends! He even helped with load and unload of supplies. Will gets a big shoutout! Thanks!! Super new ownership.
Tried out Beanie's for the first time last weekend. I understand that the marina is under new ownership, and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience! The marina is very easy to get to, and parking is literally right at the docks. The staff was friendly and helpful. We took our own snacks/drinks on board and had a great time. My only complaint is that summer is almost over. Wish we would've found this place earlier in the season so we could come here more!
