This is definitely one of the best health food shops in the whole of cardiff that's not a chain like Holland and Barrett. Lots of health food and drinks offered the the staff are very helpful!!! Would definitely recommend 😁
There are items I need for a nourishing life that I can only get here. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices do make my eyes water but it's the same everywhere. To the staff member who put me on to Mango Chai.... Oh my word, you may well have begun a lifelong addiction. I hope they are in stock, see you tomorrow!
I LOVE this shop, they’ve always got a great selection of vegan goodies which is great cos there is nothing else vegan on Albany Road, the staff is always so friendly and super helpful!
Just a little haven of all the best health food stuff! Great selection, wonderdul and helpful service. Highly recommend and much better than H&B in my opinion.
I love this shop! Go in all the time for my niche health foods and supplements. Staff are friendly and helpful
