Beaney Construction has done a considerable amount of work for us and we have found them to be professional, timely, and extremely knowledgeable in the area of building and renovations. The most significant job that they did for us involved completely gutting and re-doing an old cottage. Their work throughout the house was flawless. The roofing was excellent - with no leaks! LEAKS,LEAKS, & more LEAKS !!!! Stay away from Mike Beaney and his clan. Inexperienced, cuts corners, does not honor warrenties, rarely comes to jobsite. Our old home did not leak before Beaney Construction did the remodel. We will see you in Court, Mr. Mike Beaney !!!!
