I’ve taken my children here multiple times and always received good service, but Hannah T is over the top excellent! Not just a great haircut (happily satisfying personalized requirements like they’re normal). Hannah’s a very positive person who connects with each kid and was very helpful, to the point of explaining how to play the video game during the haircut.
I'd give zero stars if I could! My sister and niece went to Beaners for the first time today. They had an appointment booked. My niece has super curly hair and my sister had specific things to communicate with the stylist so the curls are cut properly. The stylist was late for the appointment. When my sister approached the stylist she was talked down too as she is a young mother. My sister was trying to explain to not wet my neices hair as curls are cut dry. Took my daughter (5) here for her first haircut. She’s usually pretty shy and quiet, but she loved all of it, and seemed very comfortable with Kianna - she was super friendly and I love that she asked my daughter how short she wanted her bangs and let her make some of her own choices. She really loves the little coloured braid she put in her hair too. Will definitely go back.
