I'll preface this by saying that I'm not a vegan. So imagine my delight when the cowboy burger was absolutely incredible. I keep thinking about the mayo-y sauce and how well it played with the seitan "bacon". The macaroni and cheez was also strong but I also couldn't help but wonder how the "cheesy" nuttiness of the nutritional yeast sauce would fare with the seitan "bacon"? Delish delish! Chili fries with in house cheese sauce, ranch and Charlie's mother's chili recipe (veganized) was a delight! Don't even get me started on the best vegan gluten free cheesecake I took home for later- which is now Lol! BEST I have ever had! It was apple cheesecake-melts in your mouth! New to Charlotte, will be a regular spot for sure! Thank you for being awesome!!

Very yummy vegan comfort food! Great for any craving and large variety of American options like sandwiches, cheese fries, etc. nacho fries were soooo good as well as burger
