I went to get a mole checked that doubled in size, and he didn't even look at it ; he more of glanced at it quickly. I also told him about weird looking ones and he said don't worry about it. It seems to me he was more worried about getting the money from the office visit and him getting home early, because I litterally spent more time in the elevator than him examining me.
