would give negative stars if possible the company only cares about your money in fact, if the company moves/stores your furniture, they will give you the run around if you want to pick your stuff up - they will force you into paying 2x fees to get your furniture - a nightmare
My parents used this company for a recent move from Mississippi to Massachusetts. Lucky for them that they were moving to a furnished home, because their stuff took around 75 days to arrive. Atlas is a LTL (less than truckload) carrier, meaning the truck doesn't leave until there is a full load on the trailer. Now, they don't mind storing your stuff FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES for them to fill that trailer. If you need your stuff soon after your arrival, UHAUL is probably the way to go.
Furniture arrived OK. Terrible customer communications at local office. Never follows up or returns calls.
