No communication from therapist at all . Wouldnt recommend anyone to work with them . Also trying to get a nero psych evaluation for my son and no update from anyone in the office. Possibly the worst option for children’s therapy !
Our child has really struggled at school, and we've been desperate to understand why. She's a hard worker and really wants to do well, but for years has told us how hard school is for her (how hard it is to concentrate, feeling like she's putting together a puzzle at school, but all her peers have different pieces). Dr. Mary was thoughtful, kind, and easy to work with. The scheduling process was flexible and the report and other documentation she provided are thorough and carefully written. I was very apprehensive about going through this process as an adult and I could not be happier with the care I received!
Mary provides incredible care in every regard. Administratively, she is professional, prompt, and easy to communicate with. Even more importantly, in terms of patient care she is exceptional at making the patient and all family members feel comfortable, supported, and treated with kindness and empathy.
Dr. Mercado was wonderful! She did thorough testing and broke down all of the results clearly and provided a detailed summary and recommendations for next steps. I feel much better informed how to advocate for my child.
