We love Dr. Woodland and the nurses 5 stars for them. This rating is for the office administration/reception. We are regularly receiving multiple calls about the same thing because the office staff don't communicate properly with each other. Today I was on hold for 35 minutes because the reception didn't communicate with the nurses or vice versa. I had to hang up and call back to speak with the receptionist to let her know I was forgotten about on hold but she didn't offer an apology merely stated the fact that the nurses we... read more
Referrals office relies on fax and never follows up to ensure it's been recieved by the specialist. I've had a few doctors here over the years who take great care, but the newer ones are very dismissive and will gaslight you (especially if you're a woman).
My wife and her family have been coming here for years and love this place! My wife convinced me to join same facility and I couldn't be happier! Dr Stackpoole is extremely friendly and extremely awesome at her job! Instead of pushing a pill on me, she has offered me incredible insite and helped me in ways most doctors won't. And the staff from the nurses to reception to the office (i am sorry if I missed anyone) are tremendous! This clinic is 100% top shelf!
