The team here is great! I dropped buy asking a question and for some advice, and they were able to help me very quickly and did a very thorough check of my car to find the issue. The guy who checked out my car explained everything to me, very clearly. Everyone was helpful and so kind. Next time I have an issue with my car, I will be going back here!
Great garage! Had an issue with a water pump that malfunctioned during the warranty period. A large job to fix - they booked us in at a time that best suited us (very close to the end of warranty period), completed the work and honoured the labour price which the work was originally done at a year ago. Definitely an over and above response to a stressful situation for us. My truck broke down at the NoFrills and I walked to Beamsville Garage to look for help. They sent a wonderful young man over to give me a boost to get me home. They just earned a customer for life. Thank you all so very much! Highly recommended for customer service and restoring faith in humanity.
I would NEVER recommend BEAMSVILLE Garage for an Alignment.. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment on a Friday which took 30 mins $101 to complete. The next day I was on the highway and it was still shaking. I called BEAMSVILLE GARAGE on the Monday and spoke to the receptionist and explained the issue I was still having and I made another appointment for the next Friday to have the problem fix. I never do reviews usually, but these guys are crooks. We brought our van which had breaks issues. We replaced the break pads 3 weeks ago, and they quoted us for new pads, along side many other things related to the breaks. We asked if they ever took the wheel off to even check for our break issues, and they didn't. It was not a thorough check. They charged us 30$ for the quote, which took them no more than a few minutes. For a crappy inspection. Take your business elsewhere.
