My truck broke down at the NoFrills and I walked to Beamsville Garage to look for help. They sent a wonderful young man over to give me a boost to get me home. They just earned a customer for life. Thank you all so very much! Highly recommended for customer service and restoring faith in humanity.
I would NEVER recommend BEAMSVILLE Garage for an Alignment.. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment on a Friday which took 30 mins $101 to complete. The next day I was on the highway and it was still shaking. I called BEAMSVILLE GARAGE on the Monday and spoke to the receptionist and explained the issue I was still having and I made another appointment for the next Friday to have the problem fix. I never do reviews usually, but these guys are crooks. We brought our van which had breaks issues. We replaced the break pads 3 weeks ago, and they quoted us for new pads, along side many other things related to the breaks. We asked if they ever took the wheel off to even check for our break issues, and they didn't. It was not a thorough check. They charged us 30$ for the quote, which took them no more than a few minutes. For a crappy inspection. Take your business elsewhere.
It's rare these days to find a service center you can truly trust, but Beamsville Garage is a gem. The team here is professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Their service is always top-notch, and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. So glad I found them—highly recommended!
