Very very unprofessional place. Do not go here. Techs are rude, office manager is the worst
My x-rays were taken by someone who has no compassion. I won’t ever go back. The staff out. Front are great, but the x-ray technician needs a personality review and to realize that people go in there in pain don’t make it worse. you should try to talk to people tell them about what you’re about to do not just yank their leg if you don’t like your job, maybe you need to look into something else I’ve never been so upset with a healthcare professional ever before and I work with seniors on a regular basis
I tried calling to inquire about an ultrasound but the receptionist refused to even listen to my inquiry. He asked if I had an X-ray done already, I said yes. He then told me I have to get the ultrasound done at the same place I got my X-ray, which I know is completely untrue. I don’t appreciate how dismissive and “a matter of fact” he was. And I don’t appreciate him not even listening to my inquiry. Please avoid. Don’t waste your time.
Worst clinic in the whole Niagara Region. Few things I would like to share- this clinic has no proper equipment for safety, had a knee x rays couple weeks ago, and they want to stand up on the step which has no handles, absolutely not safe for older patient . The tech said the tube will not go down to the floor to cover the knee, no proper radiation shielding enough to protect us from radiation- they provided me the smaller one not even good for young kids. Not wheelchair friendly. No automatic door. Entrance has double doors that pull outward, but one is kept locked. Bed in the x-ray room is broken and doesn’t move down. Need to climb up on a step to get on the bed and back down on a step to get off of the bed. Extremely difficult for someone that is wheelchair bound. Do better. 👎🏼
