8/13/2020 Had new roof done, 3 days after completed roof leaked in 3 areas. Didn't leak with old roof, also left rain gutters hanging, and drip edge inch and a half away from away from step flashing, horrible workmanship.salesman promised wind mitigation,still haven't received it. When I called beams, they told me salesman no longer works for them and he failed to put wind mitigation in, so they will not do it. After they took our money they don't seem to care about their business reputation.

In response to this review. We were not informed about any leaks or left any rain gutters hanging. We reviewd the contract and it does not say we would do a wind mitigation. Our company doesnot perform wind mitagations. She needs to hire a company that has licence to perform wind mitigations. Beams roofing did a great job, and cleaned up very well. Gary watched over the whole thing, and made sure that we were kept informed the whole way. I got pictures texted to me several times during the process. Thanks Gary
