I have always done business with Beams Floring America because of their customer service. From letting us take samples home to check colors to keeping us in the loop for installation. Very professional and caring to see that everything is handled perfectly.
Very reasonable price. Scheduling was super. Installation was timely. Scott went out of his way to make the job go smoothly.
I bought a fixer upper. This place had been amazing to work with. Scott was always ready to answer any questions I had and steer me in the right direction. The rest of the staff were always helpful.

After a tough time with a plumbing company, Kevin came over to assess our floor cracked by plumber. No one would touch it due to grandmother's 1920 clawfoot tub. Denise at office showed us option, Kevin talked with plumbing rep, ordered floor. Less than 1 week later, Kevin called, the next day Carl installed floor including under tub and then installed toilet perfectly.
