Customer service started off great and I was excited to support a black owned business until things went wrong. My vehicle was kept for 3 months and excuse after excuse was made as to why the mechanic wasn’t finished, my vehicle was moved from one location to another without permission, I was overcharged as well as my insurance company, my truck looks worse than it did before the wreck, and my heat isn’t working properly since getting my truck back. This is the nicest way I can put this horror story. So, BEWARE!
Made sure to get the job done and prices were fair . they will definitely get my business again !
